oneDD TERMS OF USE AND PUBLIC OFFER

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer between the oneDD online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the Buyer.

1.2. Placing an order on the Website means that the Buyer unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. The Website offers motorcycle gear, themed apparel, and accessories.

2. Order Placement and Confirmation

2.1. The Buyer places an order through the Website, which constitutes an offer to purchase goods.

2.2. Order confirmation. Placing an order on the Website and receiving an automatic email does not constitute final conclusion of the transaction. The transaction is considered concluded, and the delivery obligation arises only from the moment the Seller confirms the order (via email, phone call, or order status update).

2.3. Order verification. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer to clarify order details, delivery address, or product availability before final confirmation of the order.

2.4. Product storage. Some of the products listed on the Website are shipped directly from European partner warehouses. This may affect delivery times.

2.5. In the event that the ordered product is out of stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse or if there are technical inaccuracies (price, description), the Seller has the right to cancel the order and fully refund the amount paid by the Buyer (if applicable).

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payment is made in a cashless manner through banking payment systems integrated into the Website (Visa, MasterCard, ArCa, etc.).

3.2. Payment is deemed completed from the moment the funds are credited to the Seller’s account.

3.3. If an order is subject to additional verification or cancellation (in accordance with clause 2.5), the paid amount will be refunded to the Buyer’s bank card in accordance with the bank’s processing timelines.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation.

4.2. Delivery timeframes. Since part of the assortment is imported from Europe (Rokker and other brands), the average delivery time may range from 7 to 21 business days.

4.3. The delivery cost is calculated at the order placement stage, depending on the delivery address.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days (excluding the date of purchase), provided that the goods have not been used, their commercial appearance and labels are preserved, and the payment receipt is available.

5.2. Certain categories of goods are not subject to return in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia (e.g., underwear).

5.3. In the case of a return, delivery costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product.

6.2. Motorcycle protective gear (equipment) is intended to reduce risks but cannot completely eliminate injuries in the event of an accident. The Seller bears no responsibility for the consequences of road traffic accidents.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All materials, logos, and trademarks presented on the Website are the property of oneDD or the respective brands.
