oneDD TERMS OF USE AND PUBLIC OFFER

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer between the oneDD online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the Buyer. 1.2. Placing an order on the Website means that the Buyer unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions. 1.3. The Website offers motorcycle gear, themed apparel, and accessories, acting as an intermediary, partner, and direct supplier of international brands. 1.4. Intermediary Business Model. The Seller operates on a direct-to-order (direct import) basis and does not maintain a local physical warehouse or hold stock inventory in the Republic of Armenia. All products listed on the Website are ordered individually and shipped directly from the warehouses of European partner brands (such as Rokker and others) specifically for the Buyer.

2. Order Placement and Confirmation

2.1. The Buyer places an order through the Website, which constitutes an offer to purchase goods. 2.2. Order confirmation. Placing an order on the Website and receiving an automatic email does not constitute final conclusion of the transaction. The transaction is considered concluded, and the delivery obligation arises only from the moment the Seller confirms the order (via email, phone call, or order status update). 2.3. Order verification. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer to clarify order details, delivery address, or product availability before final confirmation of the order. 2.4. Product procurement. Since the Seller acts as an intermediary, each confirmed order is processed and dispatched individually from foreign partner warehouses in Europe. This directly affects delivery timelines and return terms. 2.5. In the event that the ordered product is out of stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse or if there are technical inaccuracies (price, description), the Seller has the right to cancel the order and fully refund the amount paid by the Buyer (if applicable).

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payment is made in a cashless manner through banking payment systems integrated into the Website (Visa, MasterCard, ArCa, etc.). 3.2. Payment is deemed completed from the moment the funds are credited to the Seller’s account. 3.3. If an order is subject to additional verification or cancellation (in accordance with clause 2.5), the paid amount will be refunded to the Buyer’s bank card in accordance with the bank’s processing timelines.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation. 4.2. Delivery timeframes. Since the assortment is imported directly from European partner warehouses (Rokker and other brands), the average delivery time may range from 7 to 21 business days. 4.3. The delivery cost is calculated at the order placement stage, depending on the delivery address.

5. Returns and Exchanges (Direct-to-Order Policy)

5.1. No-Return Policy. Due to the Seller’s operating model as an intermediary partner facilitating direct individual shipments from European brand warehouses and the absence of a local warehouse, goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange (including, but not limited to, cases of change of mind, incorrect size selection by the Buyer, or subjective dissatisfaction, provided the product delivered matches the size and specifications ordered). 5.2. Underwear, customized items, or other categories specified by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia are also strictly non-returnable. 5.3. Defective Goods. In the exceptional case of a manufacturing defect, the Buyer must report the issue to the Seller within 3 business days of receiving the package by emailing info@id-grp.com with detailed photo/video evidence. Upon confirmation of the defect by the manufacturing brand, the Seller will facilitate a refund or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product. 6.2. Motorcycle protective gear (equipment) is intended to reduce risks but cannot completely eliminate injuries in the event of an accident. The Seller bears no responsibility for the consequences of road traffic accidents.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All materials, logos, and trademarks presented on the Website are the property of oneDD or the respective brands.
